Job Summary
Western Express is seeking motivated and experienced CDL-A drivers interested in becoming Owner Operators through our Lease-to-Own program. This opportunity allows drivers to operate their own truck, manage their business, and earn competitive pay with flexible scheduling and nationwide freight availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Dry Van tractor-trailer safely and efficiently
- Transport freight across assigned OTR or regional routes
- Select loads from the company’s nationwide freight network
- Maintain accurate delivery and operational documentation
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Manage daily business operations as an independent contractor

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A (Class A Commercial Driver’s License)
- Minimum 21 years of age
