Responsibilities:

• Undertake pre-trip and post-trip evaluations of tractor-trailers and record DOT inspection findings
• Before dispatching any goods, double-check the bills of lading and store keys to ensure they are error-free and precise
• Safely maneuver tractor-trailers to assigned destinations while observing DOT guidelines
• Monitor the accuracy of driver logs and maintain proper delivery documentation
• Offload trailers and deliver items directly to customer establishments
• Follow all safety measures and operational guidelines established by the company

Qualifications and Experience:

• Carrying a legitimate Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Twenty-one years is the minimum age threshold
• Candidates must meet the requirement of either having one year of tractor-trailer driving experience or documenting 50,000 miles of driving
• Get to know how McLane evaluates MVRs and assigns risk ratings
• Competence in English is crucial for adhering to safety and operational guidelines
