Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safe and efficient driving of large trucks on highways and in urban areas.
• Before embarking on a journey, carefully inspect the vehicle to confirm its readiness, and repeat the process after reaching your destination.
• Organize and adhere to well-planned delivery routes for on-time arrivals.
• Handle, safeguard, and transfer goods with precision to avoid any possible damage.
• Continuous communication with dispatchers and clients during journeys is key to a successful transportation experience.
• Accurately track hours worked and conduct timely vehicle maintenance checks as per schedule.
• Stay in compliance with the safety protocols and rules set by the Department of Transportation (DOT).
• Promptly reporting vehicle issues, incidents, or violations is essential for upholding compliance.

Qualifications:

• Having a valid CDL for operating Class A vehicles.
• An impeccable driving record with no major violations logged.
• Meeting the standards set forth by the DOT for physical assessments and drug tests.
• Being skilled in time management and organization is pivotal for productivity and effectiveness.
• Expertise in the careful handling of oversized or weighty materials.
• Exceptional abilities in customer service delivery and skilled in clear and effective communication.
• Pledge to prioritize safety and adhere to regulatory mandates.

Experience Levels Accepted:

• CDL Trainees
• CDL School Graduates
• Motorists who successfully pass our 12-week organized training course (tailored for individuals with 3 months to 5 years of expertise)

Preferred Experience:

• Managing various trailer categories such as dry van, refrigerated, flatbed, and tanker.
• Ability to effectively navigate multi-unit and combined vehicle operations.
• Competence in the transportation of personal items and specialized shipments.
