CDL A Lease Purchase Truck Operator

Job Summary:

CRST Specialized Solutions is seeking motivated independent contractor Teams (Lease Purchase) to transport specialty freight across the lower 48 states. This role offers flexibility in scheduling, home time, and load selection, allowing teams to maximize earnings while operating under a low-cost lease program. Contractors will handle nationwide freight transportation with driver-assisted loading and unloading support.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Ability to work as part of a team driving operation
• Willingness to operate nationwide across the lower 48 states
• Ability to assist with freight loading and unloading when required
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and on-time delivery standards
• Ability to remain on the road for extended periods based on chosen schedule
