Key Responsibilities

• Safe Driving entails proficiently operating a Class A tractor-trailer across varying weather and traffic environments.
• Temperature Monitoring in Reefer Operations: Supervise and manage the cooling settings to preserve the quality of perishable products in transit.
• Provide assurance that customer loads are delivered punctually and without any delays.
• DOT compliance necessitates the accurate management of electronic logging systems (ELDs) and the adherence to safety regulations outlined by the FMCSA.
• Foster consistent communication with fleet managers and dispatch by utilizing in-cab technology.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Requirement involves a minimum of six months of recent experience maneuvering Class A tractor-trailers.
• License Validation: Successful candidates will need to demonstrate a valid CDL-A license.
• Accident-Free History: No more than 3 moving violations reported in the last 3 years and an absence of recent major crashes.
• The role necessitates the ability to commit to being on the road for 10-14 days for OTR responsibilities.
