Responsibilities:

• Carry out pre-departure and post-arrival assessments of tractor-trailers and submit DOT inspection paperwork
• Verify the accuracy of bills of lading and store keys before proceeding with the delivery to avoid any potential errors
• Drive tractor-trailers to assigned locations in a safe manner and in accordance with DOT rules
• Keep detailed and correct driver logs as well as delivery records
• Unload merchandise from trailers and bring them directly to customers' premises
• Ensure strict adherence to the company's safety and operational policies

Qualifications and Experience:

• Having an authorized Class A Commercial Driver鈥檚 License (CDL-A)
• Required to be at least 21 years of age
• An individual must demonstrate a minimum of 12 months or 50,000 proven miles behind the wheel of a tractor-trailer
