Key Responsibilities

• Skillfully navigating a Class A tractor-trailer in different weather and traffic conditions is fundamental for Safe Driving.
• Oversight of Reefer Temperature: Monitor and adjust the cooling settings to sustain the required conditions for refrigerated cargo.
• Ensure timely and secure delivery of customer loads within the agreed-upon time windows.
• DOT compliance necessitates the accurate management of electronic logging systems (ELDs) and the adherence to safety regulations outlined by the FMCSA.
• Use in-cab technology to maintain steady communication with fleet managers and dispatch personnel.

• The earning capacity is considerable, as weekly pay typically falls within the range of $1,500 to $1,800 or more.
• Orientation Pay: Earn $800 after completing the orientation process.
• Utilize contemporary machinery: Operate 2023-2026 Freightliners and Internationals featuring Refrigeration units, Power Inverters, and 24-inch Televisions.
• Payment for loyalty and safety incentives is given on a monthly basis.
• Available insurance package includes extensive coverage for medical expenses, dental treatments, and vision care for drivers and their dependents.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Requirement involves a minimum of six months of recent experience maneuvering Class A tractor-trailers.
• Licensing Prerequisite: The job necessitates a valid CDL-A license for all applicants.
• Safety Assurance: An established safety record with a cap of 3 moving violations in the past 3 years and no recent major collisions.
• Availability expectation for OTR positions involves the capacity to travel for 10-14 days successively.
