Key Responsibilities

• Safely maneuver a Class A tractor-trailer through diverse weather conditions and traffic situations is essential for Safe Driving.
• Temperature Regulation: Monitor and manage the settings to ensure proper cooling for freight during transportation.
• Guarantee the timely and secure delivery of customer goods as per the scheduled time slots.
• To meet DOT standards, it is essential to ensure that electronic logbooks (ELDs) are kept up-to-date and to comply with safety regulations outlined by the FMCSA.
• Use in-cab technology to ensure constant communication with fleet managers and dispatch personnel.

• Orientation Pay: Earn $800 after completing the orientation process.
• Stay updated with current technology: Drive Freightliners and Internationals spanning from 2023 to 2026, complete with Refrigeration systems, Inverters, and 24 TV screens.
• Payment for loyalty and safety incentives is given on a monthly basis.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Candidates need to possess a minimum of six months of recent Class A tractor-trailer experience.
• Licensing: A valid CDL-A license is necessary for this position.
• Driving Safety: A maximum of 3 moving violations within the last 3 years and no recent major crashes reported.
• The job necessitates the ability to be away from home for 10-14 days consecutively in OTR positions.
