Requirements:

• Must possess a Class A CDL.
• No recent DOT-reportable accidents or DUIs.
• Military experience may substitute for some requirements.

Training & Orientation:

TMC provides a comprehensive two-week orientation and training program designed specifically for you! We have built our reputation on developing successful drivers over nearly three decades.

• You’ll undergo a two-week orientation at our training facilities in Des Moines, Iowa, or Columbia, South Carolina, followed by five weeks of over-the-road (OTR) training with a certified flatbed driver trainer.
• Home time is essential, so we strive to match you with a trainer residing within 150 miles of your home for optimal weekend time with family or friends.
• During orientation and OTR training, apprentice drivers earn $650 per week.
• Many first-year drivers are achieving earnings of $100,000+!
