Responsibilities:

• Maintain the highest standards of safety when driving commercial vehicles for work.
• By regularly performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, you can be confident that your vehicle is performing at its best and is roadworthy.
• Efficiently manage delivery schedules and map out the most effective routes.
• Cargo handling safety should be given top priority, and strict adherence to industry safety protocols is essential to achieve this.
• In order to ensure seamless delivery, it's essential to maintain regular contact with dispatchers and clients.
• Ensuring precise documentation of work hours and vehicle maintenance is key.
• One of the fundamental principles of ensuring the wellness of everyone involved in any activity is complying with safety rules and avoiding shortcuts or deviations.
• Without delay, report to the appropriate authorities any instances of mechanical failures, car collisions, or misdemeanors.
• A critical aspect of providing great customer service is addressing customer needs promptly and offering them efficient solutions that meet their requirements.

Qualifications:

• The ability to present a valid and updated Class A CDL license.
• Clean driving record.
• Meet the health standards of the DOT and successfully clear a drug test.
• The safety protocols set by DOT can help to prevent accidents and ensure that individuals arrive at their destination safely.
• The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently can make a significant difference in achieving goals.
• Proficient in handling and conveying substantial materials.
• Exceptional talents in customer service and effective communication.
