Job Summary

Western Express is currently hiring Company Truck Drivers for Flatbed operations. Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle transporting flatbed freight.
• Complete over-the-road (OTR) or regional routes as assigned.
• Ensure cargo is properly secured and transported safely.
• Comply with all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay starting at $0.40 – $0.48 CPM with increases up to $0.53 CPM within the first year.
• First-year earning potential up to $80,000 for recent graduates.
• Top earners and driver trainers can earn up to $100,000 annually.
• Team incentives up to $3,400 per week.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
