Key Responsibilities

• Driving safely means skillfully handling a Class A tractor-trailer in a variety of weather and traffic conditions.
• Refrigerated Cargo Oversight: Maintain and monitor the temperature levels required for storing perishable goods in transit.
• Maintain a commitment to delivering all customer loads punctually and without incidents.
• The key to DOT compliance is the precise maintenance of electronic records through ELDs, along with strict adherence to safety rules mandated by the FMCSA.
• Regularly engage with fleet managers and dispatch using in-cab technology for effective communication.

• The earning capacity is considerable, as weekly pay typically falls within the range of $1,500 to $1,800 or more.
• Orientation Pay: $800 granted upon the successful conclusion of orientation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Recent experience of at least six months operating Class A tractor-trailers is a prerequisite.
• CDL-A Requirement: The job mandates candidates to hold a legitimate CDL-A license.
• Safety Performance: A safety record that includes no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years and an absence of recent significant accidents.
• Being available for OTR roles involves being capable of staying on the road for stretches of 10-14 days at a time.
