Job Overview

As a Lease Purchase Owner-Operator, you will operate a company-supported truck while building your own business. Drivers receive consistent freight, competitive revenue options, and support services that help maximize profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial tractor-trailer while following all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Transport freight efficiently and deliver loads on time.
• Maintain equipment and monitor vehicle performance, including fuel efficiency.
• Manage trip planning, scheduling, and load coordination.
• Maintain accurate documentation for deliveries and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrate professionalism and provide high-quality service to customers.

Freight & Route Details

• 95% customer-direct freight.
• 100% no-touch freight.
• Consistent miles and load availability.
• Home-time flexibility based on route planning.

Compensation & Earnings Potential

• Earn up to 72% of total revenue or $1.20 per mile plus fuel surcharge (all miles paid).
• Potential weekly earnings up to $4,400.
• Annual earning potential up to $230,000.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license.
• Minimum of 12 months verified Over-The-Road (OTR) driving experience within the last 3 years.
