Job Summary

Warren Transport is seeking experienced Owner Operators and Lease Purchase Drivers to join our growing team. Drivers will be responsible for safely transporting freight while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and company standards. This position offers strong weekly earning potential, flexible home time options, and multiple support programs designed to maximize profitability.

Drivers can expect consistent miles (average 2,500 – 2,600 miles per week), weekly or bi-weekly home time, and access to premium benefits including maintenance bonuses, fuel discounts, and health insurance options.

Compensation & Earnings

Owner Operator Advantages

• Van Drivers: Gross $3,800 – $4,500/week | Net $2,500 – $3,000/week
• Specialized Drivers: Gross $5,000 – $5,500/week | Net $2,700 – $3,300/week

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
• Transport freight in a timely and professional manner
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
• Comply with all DOT and company safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 1 year OTR experience within the last 3 years
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
• At least 22 years of age
• No DUI in the last 3 years
• Must pass DOT-mandated controlled substance test
