Regional Class A CDL Truck Driver

Job Summary:

Premier Transportation is seeking Regional Class A CDL Drivers to join a driver-focused team that values safety, reliability, and professional growth. Drivers will operate within regional lanes covering Virginia, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina while ensuring timely and efficient freight delivery. Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport freight across assigned regional routes.
• Complete daily runs averaging 400-600 miles and approximately 2,500-3,000 miles weekly.
• Ensure on-time deliveries and pickups while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate logs and required transportation documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL License.
• Minimum of one year of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must be at least 22 years of age.
• Strong safety record and commitment to compliance with transportation regulations.

Work Schedule & Equipment:

• Start time between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• Five-day work week with occasional weekends during peak seasons.
• Regional routes covering VA, GA, SC, and NC.
• Late model equipment provided.
• No slip seating.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Average weekly gross pay ranging from $1,500 to $1,700.
• $0.50 per mile and $20 stop pay.
