Owner Operator CDL-A Truck Driver

Job Summary:

TForce Freight Inc. is seeking experienced CDL-A Owner Operators for Over-the-Road (OTR) driving opportunities. Positions are available for solo drivers, team drivers, and fleet operators. Drivers will transport freight across designated routes while maintaining safety, efficiency, and on-time delivery. This role offers high earning potential, consistent miles, and access to strong operational support. Candidates must own their truck and have prior OTR driving experience.

Compensation & Earnings:

• Solo Drivers: Average weekly earnings between $3,100 and $3,800, with potential annual earnings up to $175,000. Drivers can run up to 3,000 miles per week.
• Team Drivers: Average weekly earnings between $8,100 and $8,800, with potential annual earnings up to $400,000. Teams can run up to 7,000 miles per week.
• Additional compensation includes 100% fuel surcharge on all miles, empty mile pay at 80% of the loaded rate, and fast pay within 24 hours of paperwork submission.

Route Information:

This is an Over-the-Road (OTR) position where drivers are typically out for 10 to 14 days per trip. Routes cover multiple states but exclude Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and New York City. Drivers can expect consistent mileage opportunities and efficient dispatch operations.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum of 1 year Over-the-Road (OTR) driving experience
• Must own a truck
• Ability to meet federal and company safety regulations
