Qualifications:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• At least six months of recent experience operating a tractor-trailer
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for a two-person driving team
• Clean driving record and commitment to safety regulations
• Ability to pass all required DOT physicals and drug screenings

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate a commercial tractor-trailer in a team environment.
• Ensure timely and secure delivery of refrigerated freight.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and company safety regulations and procedures.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and roadworthiness.
• Maintain accurate logbooks and records using electronic logging devices (ELDs).
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team partner to coordinate routes and schedules.
• Manage time efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.
• Perform duties in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
