Key Responsibilities

Safe Driving: Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in various weather and traffic conditions.
Reefer Management: Monitor and maintain temperature settings for refrigerated freight.
On-Time Delivery: Ensure all customer loads are delivered safely and within the scheduled time windows.
DOT Compliance: Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and follow all FMCSA safety regulations.
Communication: Maintain regular contact with fleet managers and dispatch via in-cab technology.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Must have at least 6 months of recent Class A tractor-trailer experience.
License: Must possess a valid CDL-A license.
Safety Record: No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years; no recent major accidents.
Availability: Ability to be on the road for 10-14 days at a time (for OTR roles).
