CDL A Truck Drivers

Job Overview:

Hirschbach is hiring CDL-A OTR Solo and existing Team truck drivers for both Company Driver and Lease Purchase opportunities. Drivers can choose to operate as company employees with a strong pay and benefits package or pursue truck ownership through a lease purchase program. Drivers will haul primarily no-touch freight while running high weekly miles with access to safety incentives, bonuses, and modern equipment. This is a full-time, over-the-road position offering consistent support and reliable earning opportunities.

Lease Purchase Driver Details:

• Solo drivers can net up to $138,000 per year, including bonuses, running up to 3,000 miles per week
• Solo base CPM ranges from $1.12 to $2.85 based on length of haul
• Team drivers can net $210,000 - $248,000 per truck per year
• Team base CPM ranges from $1.24 to $2.97 based on length of haul
• Monthly safety and performance incentives up to $0.30 per mile
• $10,000 sign-on/stay bonus available for new OTR hires (terms apply)
• 99% no-touch freight

Lease Purchase Contracts:

• 2023–2026 fully equipped Internationals and Freightliner Cascadias available
• No down payment and no credit check required
• Walkaway lease option for flexibility
• Lease completion incentive available
• Fuel program offering fuel at $0.99 per gallon regardless of pump price
• Full-service maintenance plan covering all mechanical parts for $0.10 per mile with no out-of-pocket costs
• Average weekly truck payment ranges from $800 to $900
• Trick My Truck customization program available after one year

Minimum Hiring Requirements:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)
• Minimum age of 23 years old

• At least 6 months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
