• Keep dispatchers and customers informed throughout the delivery process to ensure a hassle-free experience.
• Proper recording of vehicle maintenance and work hours is indispensable.
• DOT regulations are there to ensure that there are standardized measures across all transportation systems, and strictly adhering to them improves transport efficiency while also ensuring safety.
• Make sure to notify the appropriate authorities quickly if any accidents, problems with the vehicle, or violations are encountered.
• When it comes to offering exceptional customer service, it is important to be prompt in addressing customer needs and offering them fast and effective solutions to their problems.

Qualifications:

• Having an authentic and current Class A CDL license in your possession.
• Clean driving record.
• Satisfy the requirements of DOT medical regulations and pass an examination for drug use.
• Incorporating DOT guidelines and safety protocols into one's driving routines can significantly minimize and avoid accidents.
• Strong time management skills and task prioritization are essential to complete projects within deadlines.
• Endowed with the ability to lift and transport bulky loads.
• Impressive expertise in communicating efficiently and exceptional customer service.
