Regional Truck Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Regional Truck Drivers based in Minnesota. This position is ideal for drivers looking for consistent miles, predictable routes, and guaranteed weekends at home. Drivers will operate modern equipment while enjoying steady schedules and strong work–life balance.

Schedule

• Schedule: Depart Monday and return home by Friday evening

Compensation & Benefits

• Home every weekend – Off Saturday and Sunday
• Earn $0.55 – $0.60 per mile or 23% of line haul
• $3,000 sign-on bonus ($250 paid after first load)
• One week of paid vacation after 90 days
• $55 per diem paid instantly
• Layover and detention pay
• Paid training – Compensation provided by the mile on first independent load

Equipment & Driver Experience

• 2020 and newer Kenworth trucks
• 68 MPH cruise speed
• No slip seating – Assigned truck
• SiriusXM radio in all trucks
• No Northeast routes
• Passenger and pet program available
• Driver-focused environment with strong independence and respect

Health Coverage

• Medical, dental, and vision plans available after 90 days
