CDL - A Owner Operator

Job Summary

Warren Transport is seeking experienced and motivated Owner Operators and Lease Purchase Drivers to join our growing team. Drivers can earn up to $5,500 per week with consistent miles (2,500–2,600 per week) and flexible home time options (weekly or bi-weekly).

This position offers high gross and competitive net pay, maintenance bonuses, fuel discounts, and the freedom of no forced dispatch. Lease Purchase drivers enjoy no money down, no credit check, and the opportunity to choose late-model trucks (2020 or newer).

Compensation & Earnings:

Owner Operators

• Van Drivers: Gross $3,800 – $4,500/week | Net $2,500 – $3,000/week
• Specialized Drivers: Gross $5,000 – $5,500/week | Net $2,700 – $3,300/week
• $4,000 Maintenance Bonus
• Fuel reimbursement for orientation

Lease Purchase Drivers

• Van Drivers: Gross $3,800 – $4,500/week | Net $1,500 – $1,800/week
• Specialized Drivers: Gross $5,000 – $5,500/week | Net $2,000 – $2,500/week
• No money down & no credit check
• Low truck payments: $625 – $700/week
• No payments for first 2 weeks
• 1 – 4 year lease options
• Lease completion bonus
• $1,750 bonus toward license plates
• $250 Visa card

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 1 year of OTR experience within the last 3 years
• No more than 3 preventable accidents and 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
• Must be at least 22 years old
• No DUI in the last 3 years
• Must pass a DOT-mandated controlled substance test
