Local CDL-A Truck Driver

Job Summary

TA Dedicated is hiring Solo CDL-A truck drivers for a dedicated division that delivers after-market automotive parts to dealerships. This role involves guaranteed weekly pay with consistent, dedicated routes and home daily. Drivers will be home for all major holidays, and the position requires overnight deliveries with a flexible schedule to cover for absent drivers. Flex drivers are key in filling in when other drivers are on vacation or sick.

Responsibilities

• Deliver after-market automotive parts to various dealerships.
• Run 1,500-3,000 miles per week, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
• Perform tight backing maneuvers at dealerships.
• Work night shifts and maintain regular communication with dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Assist with filling in for absent drivers when needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Valid CDL-A license with double endorsement required.
• Minimum of 12 months recent tractor-trailer experience, plus 3 months verifiable team experience in the last 3 years.
• Comfortable with night driving and performing tight backing maneuvers at dealerships.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
• DOT qualified and able to pass a comprehensive drug test.
• Satisfactory safety and employment history.

Benefits

• Guaranteed weekly minimum pay of $1,400.
• Weekly pay range of $1,400 - $1,800, with annual earnings between $72,800 and $93,600.
• $500 new hire transition bonus (paid in full on second paycheck).
