Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Class A tractor-trailer safely requires adeptly navigating through different weather and traffic conditions.
• Monitoring Reefer Settings: Supervise and adjust the temperature settings for refrigerated freight to ensure quality preservation.
• Uphold the responsibility of delivering customer loads securely and within the specified time constraints.
• Ensuring DOT compliance necessitates the diligent maintenance of electronic logbooks via ELDs and strict adherence to safety regulations governed by the FMCSA.
• Utilize in-cab technology for continuous communication with fleet supervisors and dispatch members.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Prospective applicants must demonstrate a minimum of six months of recent Class A tractor-trailer experience.
• Essential Qualification: An active CDL-A license is a must-have for applicants.
• Safety Compliance: A safety record that demonstrates a maximum of 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and no recent major collisions.
• A prerequisite for OTR roles is the flexibility to be on the road for periods ranging from 10 to 14 days.
