Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-trip reviews of tractor-trailers and document DOT inspection assessments
• Before initiating the delivery process, confirm the accuracy of bills of lading and store keys for a seamless operation
• Drive large trucks securely to specified locations in adherence to DOT regulations
• Preserve the correctness of driver logs and delivery documentation
• Remove cargo from trailers and deliver them straight to customer properties
• Adhere to the safety and operational policies in place within the company

Qualifications and Experience

• Being properly licensed with a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Individuals must be at least twenty-one years old
• Proof of driving a tractor-trailer for a year or completing 50,000 miles is necessary for consideration
• Learn about the qualifications McLane looks for in MVR reports and risk assessment procedures
• Comprehension of English is indispensable for meeting safety and operational requirements
• Emphasizing safety, reliability, adaptability, and dedication in work is paramount
