Job Summary
We are seeking professional CDL-A drivers to join our refrigerated fleet. Drivers will haul temperature-controlled freight across reliable nationwide lanes while benefiting from competitive pay, modern equipment, and flexible home-time options.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum age: 21
- Valid CDL-A license
- 12 months of recent OTR or regional CDL-A experience (within last 3 years)
- Refrigerated experience preferred
- Safe driving record

Compensation & Miles
- Pay Range: $0.625 – $0.71 CPM*
- Average 2,200 – 2,500+ miles per week
- $500 onboarding bonus + $1,000 vacation pay
- Bi-annual compensation reviews

Additional Pay Information
Includes monthly performance sign-on pay during your first 6 months: $0.025 CPM (under 3 years experience) or $0.05 CPM (3+ years experience), based on miles and safe driving. Must be employed and in working status at payout. Bonuses are taxed as regular earnings.
