Responsibilities

• Operate and uphold the maintenance of a Class A commercial vehicle in a secure manner
• Move goods across prescribed routes, ensuring punctual drop-offs
• Ensure that vehicle assessments are conducted in accordance with DOT regulations
• Foster effective communication practices with dispatch and support teams to enhance operational efficiency
• Comply with the company's guidelines and safety measures whether you are driving or engaged in other activities

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL license and be at least 21 years of age to qualify
• Verifiable driving experience of at least three months is mandatory
• A driving record free of blemishes, with at most 2 moving violations recorded in the past 2 years
• No major incidents that could have been prevented have occurred in the past five years
• Demonstrating the capability to successfully navigate the DOT physical and drug test is key for compliance
• A clean record of no DUI or DWI incidents in the previous five years is required, or no such offenses within the last decade for those who possessed a commercial driver's license at the time
• It is required for Flex Fleet drivers to have their residence located no more than 250 miles away from a terminal
