Key Responsibilities

• Safely handling a Class A tractor-trailer involves driving attentively in diverse weather and traffic conditions.
• Temperature Monitoring in Reefer Operations: Supervise and manage the cooling settings to preserve the quality of perishable products in transit.
• Ensure timely and secure delivery of customer loads within the agreed-upon time windows.
• In order to comply with DOT regulations, it is crucial to maintain precise electronic logs using ELDs and to adhere to safety regulations set forth by the FMCSA.
• Employ in-cab technology for the purpose of staying connected with fleet managers and dispatch on a regular basis.

• Orientation Pay: Obtain $800 post the orientation process completion.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Recent experience of at least six months driving Class A tractor-trailers is essential.
• Licensing Verification: Candidates are required to provide proof of a current CDL-A license.
• Accident-Free History: No more than 3 moving violations reported in the last 3 years and an absence of recent major crashes.
• Availability expectation for OTR positions involves the capacity to travel for 10-14 days successively.
